We had a great time during our romantic getaway. The room was very well maintained, everything looked new and clean. We appreciated the attention to detail of the staff, who even provided us with a complimentary fruit platter and a souvenir on our arrival. We also enjoyed the convenient location, easy access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket. Overall a great experience for couples!

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast options were limited, and the lunch and dinner menu didn't meet our expectations with little variety.

The hotel is well-located near to the subway, and guests can easily explore the local tourist spots. The rooms are clean, modern, and offer comfort to guests with comfortable sofas and beds. The breakfast, although lacking in variety, still provides a good selection. there are facilities for children such as an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground.

Some rooms may have unpleasant smells from smoke, cooking, and popcorn.

This apartment was perfect for our family trip! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The location was very convenient, with the subway only a short walk away and taxis readily available on the street. The apartment was well maintained, and we enjoyed the clean and comfortable surroundings. We also appreciated the little extra touches, like the fruit platter and cartoon drinking bottle given to our child.

The housekeeping could have been better. There were some remnants from previous guests that were missed, and the quality of room service could have been improved.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our kid was thrilled with their gift of a cartoon drinking bottle. The hotel was very well maintained with modern decor and facilities including indoor and outdoor playgrounds, billiards room, and breakfast with good selections. We also appreciated the cleanliness, location, and helpfulness of the staff.

This hotel provided an extraordinary luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and private facilities were top-notch. The room advantages were unparalleled with spacious and comfortable rooms that were meticulously maintained. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent food and beverages. The staff was efficient, friendly and extremely accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were fulfilled. The location was convenient, close to shopping centers and transport links.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the service at times was a bit delayed. However, the situation was promptly resolved with a courteous apology from the staff.
